Welcome to the organizing efforts of Thurston Wild Ones (TWO TO YOU), the first Wild Ones Chapter in the West. For more information on the national organization, see www.for-wild.org. As a movement, we are promoting the use of native plants for protecting and conserving our water and natural resources, as well as for their beauty and ease of care.
Wild Ones chapters started in the Midwest and have spread to the East, but not until now to the West. They're made up of local groups of responsible gardeners who love native plants, citizens who are concerned about water and the envionment, scientists and government agents worried about soil and water conservation and quality.
